Get your documents together
Gather essential documents like photographic ID (driver’s licence or passport) and proof of employment to streamline your application process. It can be easy to have misplaced these documents if you haven’t needed to use them for a while so make sure you’ve got them ready to go for when you find the right place.
What can you afford?
Determine your budget by reviewing your finances, factoring in expenses like food, bills, and transport costs and work out what you can realistically afford. Don’t forget to set aside funds for a security deposit and initial rent.

Bills included option
Our all-inclusive tenancy option is available on all properties of 3 or more bedrooms. That means your utility bills are included along with your rent and easy to manage monthly payment.
Apply
Once you have found a property, you’ll need to supply various pieces of information to determine your suitability for the property. This information will include things like references, your employment details and current landlord details.
Guarantors
To secure a property, we require all tenants to undergo credit and reference checks. Should there be any issues during this process or if you’re unable to provide sufficient information, we may request a guarantor. This guarantor, who must also pass referencing, typically comes from a tenant’s circle of trust, such as a family member, close friend, or employer. By agreeing to accept the tenant’s responsibilities, including financial obligations, the guarantor provides an additional layer of security and peace of mind for the landlord.
Move in
Once you have moved in you can manage your tenancy and report and monitor any maintenance through your online account or if you prefer you can call in to our Headingley office or contact us by phone.
