All our properties hold the prestigious Unipol Gold rating reflecting our commitment to promptly addressing any tenant maintenance issues. Despite our best efforts occasional repairs or replacements may be necessary. As our tenants, we value your custom highly so we aim to carry out any maintenance requests swiftly and without too much disruption. While our in-house maintenance team can handle emergencies and repairs, we may occasionally engage external contractors for specialised tasks.
